To set up an account we need a telephone number and e mail address.
Your telephone number is only used if there is a problem with the order.
The e mail is used for: Order confirmation, notification of shipping and response to an e mail query.
Postal address.
In placing an order you will be added to our Grove Mailing list so that we can send you our latest information. We do not share this information with other companies.
Transaction Information.
When a transaction has been made we retain your account information ie dates, amounts, item codes and contact details for our accounting records.
Credit Card Payment Security
We take security very seriously. When making online payments you will be transferred to a secure server where your card details will be held securely in an encrypted format until payment has been made. As soon as the payment has completed and your card has been debited all records of your card details will be deleted. At No point are your card details passed to any other parties, persons or systems. You will see the web address prefixed with "https://" which shows that all transactions are fully encrypted to industry standard High-Grade Encryption (RC4 128 bit).
All payments are made in GB Pounds Sterling.
Payments will appear on your card as JFL(UK) Co ltd.
