Customer Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full money back guarantee or  replacement. Please return the Item within 14 days  of receipt, unworn and suitable for re-sale along  with your sales receipt. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears cannot be exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Before returning please E mail us on enquiries@grovejewellery.com to organise your refund.

Unfortunately we cannot cover the postage on returned items as these remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received back by us. We recommend that customers always use insured  Royal Mail Special Delivery for returning Items.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
